Visited the In Network Hearing Care office in Anderson, SC, on 3.12.25. Received excellent service. Newest tools allow you to see on a large tv monitor what Dr. Al Robinson is seeing inside your ear. A color photocopy of the hearing test results is available. Front Desk Assistant Taylor is very friendly and efficient. Minimal wait time. Dr. Robinson is very professional and personable. Highly recommend.

I was impressed by the professionalism at In Network Hearing Care. We thought our family member was hard of hearing but after the completion of the hearing test, it was determined that his issues were more cognitive than hearing related. Mr. Robinson, audiologist, was very patient during the exam and upfront with us regarding hearing aides would not improve the patient’s hearing. Not the outcome we were looking for but appreciate Mr. Robinson’s honesty and recommendation. We will definitely recommend his practice to anyone who needs hearing assistance.

I needed an emergency hearing aid repair as I was leaving on vacation in a few days. My regular audiologist could not see me for 5 days. I called In Network and spoke with Al. He saw me the same afternoon and diagnosed and repaired the issue. He was pleasant, polite and very professional. I would highly recommend his services.

Definitely deserves a 5 star review. This was my 1st hearing evaluation, exam, test. The entire visit, including filling out paperwork, intake questions, otoscopic exam, hearing tests took about 30-40 minutes. There was no wait, as I was the only one in the office. Al, the hearing specialist, was kind, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process clearly. I am an RN, so I kind of knew what to expect. Al was professional. The otoscopic exam was a visual one where I saw my ear canal and ear drum on a tv screen. The audiological tests were done in a sound proof booth and conducted as I expected. Al then reviewed all results with me and offered advice to help me make a decision on how to move forward. I highly recommend the In Network Hearing Care office.
